If you are an expert mountaineer or climber, you can climb up to the peak of La Maliciosa (Maliciosa Mountain Peak) (2.227 meters) through the Route from Becerril to La Maliciosa and enjoying the view of the wonderful landscapes of the Sierra de Guadarrama. If you come along with children or the whole family, a fantastic option is to go walking until the Raso de los Enebros through the Route of the Romería (a pilgrimage road). If you want a shorter route but in full contact with the amazing nature that surrounds us, feel free to ask the Route to the Alto del Hilo. It is a very simple trail and you will be back in 2 hours enjoying one of the most appreciated and popular spots of the neighborhood.

If you want to enjoy a bike ride, you can take the Way of St. James from Madrid (Camino de Santiago de Madrid) from the municipality of Becerril to La Maliciosa’s reservoir, passing through the base of Almorchones route or up to CabezaMediana. To visit the old optical telegraph at its peak, take the route from Becerril to the Telegraph Station.
